COMPLETE WILLS PACKAGE (INDIVIDUAL): $1,000 (Simple) / $1,250 (Complex)
This is our most popular package. It includes all of the legal documents you need to have a complete Estate Plan in place at an affordable “bundled” price. You will receive personalized estate planning advice from our expert lawyers and a Will that clearly sets out your wishes. Also included are a Power of Attorney and a Representation Agreement appointing someone to make decisions on your behalf in the event that you aren’t able to do so for yourself.
This package gives our clients the peace of mind of knowing that all of the eventualities have been considered and they have a solid Estate Plan in place.
COMPLETE WILLS PACKAGE (COUPLE): $1,550 (Simple) / $1,800 (Complex)
This is our most popular package with couples. It includes all of the legal documents a couple needs in order to have a complete Estate Plan in place at an affordable “bundled” price. As a couple, there is often a substantial amount of overlap in your needs and we ensure that our pricing reflects this by providing a further discount from completing your planning individually.
You will receive personalized estate planning advice from our expert lawyers and each person will receive a Will that clearly sets out their wishes. Also included are Powers of Attorney and Representation Agreements for each person appointing someone to make decisions on their behalf in the event that they aren’t able to do so themselves.
This package gives our clients the peace of mind of knowing that their family has a solid Estate Plan in place.
